Connecticut, nicknamed the “Constitution State,” is home to nearly 1,400 active real property appraisers, the majority of whom (850) are licensed as Certified Residential appraisers. Connecticut’s Appraisal Board is under the supervision of the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. While there are no Connecticut Appraisers Errors and Omissions insurance requirements mandated by the state, many appraisers carry E&O insurance to limit their liability.
OREP has offered competitive E&O and general liability insurance policies to Arkansas appraisers for the last 17 years. OREP delivers low rates on appraiser’s insurance with same day coverage & confirmation (most cases).
