The capital of Kansas is the city of Topeka. The Real Estate Appraisal Board is located in Topeka and the Board’s Executive Director is Sally Pritchett.

What to Expect After Submission:
A confirmation will be emailed within 24 hours if your application is received and correct. If not correct, you will be called immediately. If you do not receive confirmation after 24 hours, please call us (check email junk/spam first). If your current policy is expiring, please call to confirm immediately after submission. Your new
Kansas Appraisers Errors and Omissions insurance policy/declarations page will be emailed within 1-2 business days after payment has been processed. Coverage is NOT bound until a binder/declarations page is issued.

Kansas Continuing Education

Appraisers in Kansas need to take 28 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years for renewal. 7 of those hours need to be the 7-Hour USPAP Update. The credit hours are due on 6/30 of the renewing year, and there are no limits on how many hours may be completed online.
