Vermont State Page – Appraisers

Vermont, nicknamed the Green Mountain State, has the second lowest population and is the sixth smallest state by area in the United States. Vermont also has the third lowest number of licensed appraisers in the country, with only 288 appraisers licensed to work in Vermont. Vermont Appraisers Errors and Omissions Insurance isn’t required to be a licensed appraiser, but many appraisers carry insurance coverage nonetheless.

OREP specializes in placing errors and omissions insurance for real estate appraisers and agents/brokers in Vermont. OREP offers the lowest rates on appraiser’s insurance with same day coverage & confirmation (most cases).
